JavaScript Geek
I love javascript! So naturally I tend to gravitate towards JS frameworks and libraries but I do work with Ruby based technologies as well. I am a full stack web developer with a passion for making things both beautiful and efficient. I am known for throwing myself into an environment and getting things done, whether it requires diving in headfirst to learn a new framework/technology, to leading a team, to asking the right questions that help me identify important elements for success. I use my keen sense of focus to solve problems that come my way. As a previous pro level video game competitor, I found that my focus was what separated myself from the many other great players and lead me to all my tournament wins. Now my focus is web development and I am excited to see what we can accomplish.

Object Oriented Javascript Project (es6)
A quick desktop browser based video game I created to practice OOP JavaScript techniques. Created for Project 1 of 4 about two weeks in to the web development immersive program I attended. Inspired by the classic game Space Invaders, in Space Invaders 2018 a premature race of beings has came across highly advanced technology and now they travel the cosmos looking for planets to conquer. It's up to you to protect your home planet from invasion!

Multi Page Server Rendered Application
Team Project 1 of 2 during my web development immersive program. Created to practice building a full stack application using all JavaScript. My team mate handled the application's styling (CSS) while I focused on the back end / functionality of the application. The idea of this app was to create something like the beginning stages of trulia and Redfin. Users can search for properties in any available neighborhood and if desired can request a viewing for chosen property. A real estate agents can pick up a users request to view a property from a pool of unfullfilled requests.
