In 2001, the same place where this water was filmed, the fourth pillar of the Hintze Ribeiro Bridge, which connected Entre-os-Rios and Castelo de Paiva in Portugal, collapsed, taking with it the rest of the structure and 59 people. This is a photographic and audiovisual record of the place, a memory that slowly tends to disappear, but which is remembered on the anniversary of the tragedy.
